About Us     Absolute Title Group, Incorporated was established by Cathleen F. Ward, Esquire, as an expansion to her law firm.  With the increased demand for Real Estate in this area, this division was formed to focus directly on the needs of the growing industry and to better serve buyers and sellers.   The office is located in the heart of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, making it easily accessible to Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.  The company has over 25 years combined experience in the Real Estate field.     Cathleen F. Ward, Esquire a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, a member of the Maryland Bar Association since 1990, is currently a title insurance producer for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.  She provides complete settlement services including contract and related document preparation as well as other legal services that might be necessary.  Ms. Ward is dedicated to giving her clients the best possible attention and care. Robin A. Torrence has been working in the real estate title industry for 13 years and is experienced in all aspects of the Pre-Settlement process as well as Post Settlement procedures.  She is knowledgeable in the requirements of the various jurisdictions in Maryland, and is a licensed title insurance producer.             Nikki Eakins has managed the Post Closing Department of a multi-office Title Company as well as the Real Estate division of a Law Firm for over 7 years.  Having the opportunity to be associated with both a Title Company and Law Firm, has allowed  Nikki to establish the best methods to complete the settlement and recording process.
