Settlement Services   Our Objective   There are many aspects involved in the settlement process.  From the moment the order is taken, various parties will be contacted to obtain the information necessary to complete the transaction efficiently.  Coordinating settlements with realtors and lenders, obtaining payoff information and contacting Homeowners Associations must be done in a timely manner.  We strive to complete this process to allow sufficient time prior to the actual settlement for all parties to review the HUD-1 Settlement Statements.  This allows everyone to see the charges and voice any questions or concerns.   Off-site Closings   Absolute Title Group, Incorporated offers off-site closings when circumstances prohibit one or more of the parties coming to our office.  Whether conducting a settlement for a sale in a Realtors’ office or a refinance in your home we will provide the same outstanding service. Our ultimate goal is to make the closing as convenient as possible for everyone involved.   Additional Services   We are a full service settlement company.  We offer document preparation including preparing Powers of Attorney, Deeds, Contracts, and Escrow Agreements.  Upon request, we can provide an interpreter for the hearing impaired as well a Spanish interpreter.
